Heather Nauert
Heather Ann Nauert was born on January 27, 1970. She is an American broadcast journalist and an ex-official in the government. Heather served as Spokesperson of the United States Department of State under the Donald Trump administration. She is a senior fellow of the Hudson Institute, a conservative think tank.
Before her position at the Department of State she was a Fox News correspondent and news presenter. From March to October of 2018, Nauert was as the Acting Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy Public Affairs, Public Relations and Public Diplomacy in the Trump administration. In 2019, Trump appointed Nauert to the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board and to the President's Commission on White House Fellowships.
